What to expect!
-Hourly rate or commission compensation

-Hiring process consists of over the
phone interview, tour, blowout, second interview, and 60 day apprentice to stylist
-test project/ assessment (if applicable)

-Detailed growth plan with steps to progress in your career given when hired

Here at AJS, we believe in continuing education no matter how long you have been in the industry. Being a great stylist is challenging, but working at a salon that prioritizes continuing education just makes it so much easier!
